Arkham games are voiced by Americans. Since Strong is American, she’d likely be in America with other Americans whenever she’s voice acting stuff.
Tara works alone because she lives in California and everyone else is in Canada. That’s also why Twilight has a separate singer rather than have Tara sing. It’s much harder to harmonize with someone over Skype than with someone who’s in the room with you.
