I don’t know the full extent of Cream Puff’s backstory. She that the little filly has a southern accent, cooks many sweet treats and is one of the orphans that lives in Ponyville.

Heartbreak is a mare.
She is under a spell that makes it so certain words she says are replaced with others, and I think she has internalized it by this point. For example “fuck” is replaced by “fetlocks”, and she has just taken to saying “fet” now.
