Applejack is clearly the Coward Lion. And by the way, if you read the book and watch the movie you realize all of them earn what they want through the story: Lion conquers his fears, Tin Man discovers he can love again and Scarecrow is actually quite smart
Actually, I was aiming for clever insults.
I can see Applejack being more of the Tin Man than Rarity.
