I used a obscure program called "KHed" to make it, rendered in blender.


 
In short, KHed is a freeware knock-off of Milkshape 3D, but more focused on the Source Engine and simple, clean UI.


 
And the you're right. It's a somewhat mix of both.
 
EDIT: It could also be the Nintendo DS.
