I’m not sure why Gozur would be blue. Honestly, I’d think about making it colorless, given the extra-dimensional eldritch abomination thing it shares with the Eldrazi.

Here’s a re-wording I recommend based on the wording for the reminder text of Split Second
 
“Whenever The Destructor Form becomes the target of two or more Spells or Abilities on the stack, sacrifice it.”
 
 
Alternatively you could just cast my personal favorite creature
