The middle one reminds me of Ami from Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi

They and the landlord daughter look like the first teen ponies after teen Cadence.  
I mean usually ponies are depicted as toddlers, little childrens, and then there is something that goes for all ages till old age. There was nothing between the fillies and the adults.
