Tumblr admins don't care, period. Report system is automated, send enough bogus reports and the blog can be taken down with zero control-user input.


 
Also, like 90% of porn on Tumblr is actually Tumblr-run porn bots - used to fake notes on advertiser posts so Tumblr can claim people are interested and thus receive payment. Because advertisers never check the notes and don't have the addons necessary to see what reblogs are tagged as.
