This image and Image 1153220 are the only images with a Giant Pony having a raised up tail.
If Lyra is regular-sized, she is a little smaller than the humans. She also can’t see things when she’s normal-sized. Otherwise, if she is giant-sized instead, then she instead turns into a giant pony, making her much bigger than the humans.
