The point OP is making is that Rarity said the opposite of what she meant to say.
The sentence doesn’t make any sense, but it doesn’t have to in order to be grammatical.

Now I see… “keep Pinkie from missing” is a double negative. Therefore the whole sentence is a triple negative, making it negative while she was trying to make it positive.

The breakdown:
“missing this” is what is purported to occur. “Nothing” will keep this from happening. Therefore, she’s insinuating that no matter what, Pinkie is going to miss this.
To make it easier to see the double negative, I’ll flip it around; she’s essentially saying “Pinkie wouldn’t miss this for nothing,” which would be more easily understood if Rarity were to use this kind of slang regularly. (This is the type of thing I’d more expect Applejack to say.) It’s supposed to be the other way, something along the lines of “Pinkie wouldn’t miss this for anything.”

LOL. I had the same thought, though to be fair she showed up right before the end. ;p And for that matter, Rarity’s intention was still to express faith in her friend’s loyalty. (Hmm… loyalty toward Rainbow Dash. How appropriate.)

Actually, it would translate to “The thing that would bring Pinkie Pie to this doesn’t exist”.
My correction above would translate to “The thing that would keep Pinkie Pie away doesn’t exist”.
