I do not believe there is a limit and if there is, its quite high. Because this picture has at least a couple hundred layers.
Due to the very low limit in CoD (20?), the artwork isn’t that well made.
However, Forza allows 500–1000 layers, so people have made great art in it.
Plus, Forza also allows you to group together something and use it multiple times,
as well as selling it in the online store. …gives people more motivation to be creative.
