Because not everyone likes those fetishes. I would certainly be upset if someone edited my art in a way that showed off fetishes that I personally do not enjoy. And if we leave it up, then artists will not appreciate that, and ask for a DNP, which basically means they force us to remove all of their art from the site.
 
Also, on another note, this discussion has absolutely nothing to do with this image at all, so you’re kinda spamming up the comments here. If you want to discuss this further, then feel free to create a thread in the site and policy forum - otherwise if you keep spamming it here, I’ll have to ban you.

Oh come on, in what way does it hurt the artist if someone do a little edit it is just an edit it isn’t like the once who make the edit gains from it and it isn’t like it’s a crime so why not remove that rule and when was that rule inplied anyway.

It’s gijinka (though literally that means “humanization”, “anthropomorphic”) - using clothes, hairstyle, bodyshape, etc to make the human look like non-human creature.
