What you describe as "Actual Luna" is pretty much what Luna is in public. At least most of the time. When she does help, she does it from the heart, though.
She's also apparently a prankster according to Rogers, so... let's just say that Luna might have more than one side to her, because we have yet to now the actual Luna.
