It’s all the drama, if we can call that which was happening below as drama. that that doesn’t apply here because neither i or the artist were trying to start anything, but it just happened on itself. we used to have the “drama in the comments” tag for those sorts of situations.
We already have a tag like that called “OP is trying to starting shit” and I fail to see how that applies here.

You realize fatal blood loss still happens today, right? The mother would lose more blood than she would gain, and would die. Big Mac giving blood would just make him faint and sad that he just lost his wife.

The main point is that Discord could use magic/shrink the baby/teleport it/teleport Fluttershy to another dimension to somewhere that can deal with the problem, whatever that woudn’t made him just stand there like Soarin or Big Mac.

There’s something called, blood-donation. In my headcanon, Flutters and Mac have the same blood type, A-, and Big Mac’s got plenty of the stuff, that could have saved her in a situation like this (possibly…) correct me if I’m wrong, but keep the “On my god, your headcanon sucks” talk to a low
You people act like the father somehow has some sort of affect on her dying from childbirth.
The mother can die after childbirth from extreme blood loss, a fatal blood clot, an infection, high blood pressure, and seizures. The baby had little to nothing to do with her death beyond the birth, and having a different father for the child would have zero difference in the outcome.
