Discord would probably just tease him, and maybe teach him a lesson, which Usagi would take in stride, and use it as part of his spiritual warrior journey, and be on his way back to his home dimension.

Agreed, but Discord is on another level entirely. Usagi may be safe so long as he doesn’t think of Discord as another evil yokai that has to be cut down.
Don’t forget he’s met the Ninja Turtles many times.
