I imagine her family follows her lead, mostly. Clump may calm down some when he gets a little more maturity.
And I like that not every dragon’s immediate reaction to intruding outsiders is “Rend-burn-maim”; though displaying good manners would still be very wise.
She is
He’s certainly got the kind of build I’ve seen on Polynesians. Great folks from everything I’ve ever seen.
True just wish the writers not make him stupid
Problem is that while my art looks like I vector it, I do not. I use a very tedious, convoluted way to color my sketches (involving MS paint and an absurdly high resolution) that I’ve perfected to the point I prefer it over attempting to vector, which just didn’t work out for me. That means the art is pixel based and would be incredibly difficult to animate. I wish I had the patience to learn it, though.
Working as an animator or writer would be jobs I could see myself enjoying, again, if I had the patience to learn how to properly do these things. I do have ideas, but actually putting them to words is difficult to me. Dialogue is not a problem, it’s everything else. Script writing isn’t anything like prose writing either.
If I were to be in the position to write a Spike episode, I would probably highlight his helpful nature, but I would probably have him share the spot light with another main character, rather than give him the majority of the screen time. Spike is just one of those characters that works better when filling supporting roles.
You know you would make it really good animator for the show and if you made a good spike episode I would praise you forever lol
Thanks. I try to emulate the show’s style, because that makes it easier to imagine these characters in action for me and for anyone else who would like to come up with their own scenario.

Ah. Well one thing you do amazingly well is adapt your ideas to show style, great as always.

I drew inspiration from several things: volcanos, turtles, flowers, tiki masks (eyes), different types of reptiles and fire.
The dad? I just wanted to do something different with him. He’s a Polynesian guy.
