It doesn’t actually get rid of them, it just shoves them to a further-back layer of the webpage. The watermark images are still one of the first things the site loads. Which is par for the DB course of making the site as inconvenient as possible on April 1.
yeah i dont like those watermarks so i turned them off.
playing along with the joke however will give you the info you need to get rid of the watermarks today…
well when i was trudging around in the code using inspect elements, i found a hidden spoiler image about a premium option so that is probably what it does.
yeah and i wonder how many gonna click on the derpibooru premium link to try get rid of the fake watermarks lol
it will be gone tomorrow since April fools day is only 1 day lol. (god forbid if it was a whole week lol)
maybe i gonna click it to see what kind of prank it is.
