Still has nothing to do with the picture.
One of the comments mentioned him. Which I already said, but I have repeated myself because I fully recognize your loss of memory problem die to elderly dementia.
Do you see Flash anywhere on that picture? No? Then he has nothing to do with this. This is Starlight Glimmer vs Sunset Shimmer.
For a random love interest that for some reason needed to be made, Flash does a pretty crappy job of being one
Flash was mentioned, but I remember not where. Besides, Sunset drama automatically involves Flash anyway. ;D
What does Flash have to do with anything?
Sunset rocking that leather jacket, though.
I totally get that, I find that the interactions between them would be amusing.
The only problem with reformation is that the Dazzlings would need to have a legitimate reason for changing and to be relevant to the plot if they were to appear again. I suppose one way they could do that would be if the Mane 6 and the Dazzlings had a common enemy, but again, there’s so many ways they could screw that up.
@angrybrony
I never thought of them as sisters, at least biologically, but them having a strong bond as if they were.
Edited
i’ve always thought of them as being sisters and at least caring about each other enough to not ditch each other.
which explains why they haven’t ditched
the stupid onesonata, altho proble really want toEdited
I see your point. I greatly enjoy thegreatcat14’s work on the Dazzlings post-movie. But for me, I want to see them reformed because I want them to interact with the Humane Six on more friendly terms.
I’m also a Sundagio shippper.
Yes there is that, and really, the whole logic of their magic-feeding is definitely flawed, if not arguable. In all honesty, I’m just trying to make them not as bad as they seemed and overly complex, people never want to play as the villain.
I suppose my headcanon also follows up with what happened in the comics (I know they’re not canon but they do give some interesting things to think about), when they get sent to the human world, they said that their goal was to try to collect enough magic and find a way home. And I’m pretty sure the Dazzlings have been doing their magic tricks for a while, turning people to mindless drones is probably not permanent.
And I like the interpretation that they’re just accepting to live as humans in that world without magic, but everyone seems fixated that they have to change and become reformed. And maybe the reason why the Dazzlings never show up again is because they’re dead, lol. But in all seriousness, even if sirens fed only on magic in Equestria (which is terrible from an evolutionary standpoint), their biology would probably be accepting of physical food in the human world.
Your headcanon doesn’t really match up with the film were they explicitly explained that they were infiltrating the school in order to somehow steal equestrian magic to make everyone in their world their adoring slave and basically hypnotized the entire student body into being angry all the time, to be honest their plan never made sense, because they feed on Negative emotions and because they turn those they feed on into expressionless drones, why would they want to make everyone adore them when that constitutes more positive emotions (Something they are implied to have no preference for). Heck, after they first explain it they never actually try to steal equestrian magic, unless that’s what all the negative emotions were as well, and why did they need this magic to make everyone adore them when they were shown to be perfectly capable of doing that on their own to an entire school, did they just never think to try for a larger crowded area or something?
Honestly I prefer something like justice3442’s interpretation were they become snarky assholes and learn to enjoy a mortal life. Also I’m pretty sure that the show runners wouldn’t have them die off of magically-sustained hunger or whatever.
Edited
I suppose that is to be taken into consideration, but even in the first movie, they were nothing but one-dimensional who fought over nothing and magically reconciled when a random person came in (Twilight).
And holy fuck, I love the Dazzlings, not so sure about reform, ‘cause honestly I doubted they were evil in the first place, they just wanted to go home, but in doing so they had to play the bad guy (or at least in my headcanon). And I also feel like they’ll screw it up somehow??? The Dazzlings were barely expanded, and even the comics did a crappy job on that, Aria’s name wasn’t even said throughout all of RR.
As for food, Sonata commenting on Taco Tuesday doesn’t necessarily mean they can survive on it, they could just enjoy eating it, they still might need to feed on magic, but that’d mean indirectly, the Rainbooms killed them.
I’m sure they’ll be fine. Or at least, not dying. The Taco Tuesday line from Sonata implies that they can survive on regular food.
