However, thanks to an old pony handler in Majorca, I learned something interesting about little ponies: small and sturdy ponies are more noble and patient with kids than taller and slender ones. So, if you're of short stature, beware if you want to ride Tia, Luna, Cadence, Haakim or Amira.
