Same thing. Anyone introduced in “The Lion Guard” ceases to exist by the time the events of Lion King 2 starts.
And what about Kopa?
Kion’s chapter is shoved (stupidly) between Lion King 1 and 2. Kion ceases to exist after his story is told and has zero effect on the playout of events in Lion King 2.
So for a Kion equivalant, we’d need a character who was never talked about before or afterwards, shows up, has their little adventure, and then vanishes never to be spoken of again.

Who shows up, has a self important part that largely has no further effect on the events at large and is forgotten about once it’s over?
