Well, first off “style” would have nothing to do with whether a viewer likes the end result or not. Style would be the image composition, Mojot’s choice of line weight and pen type, and his use of minimal contrasting colors. Even the way he colors just slightly out of the lines is part of the styling.

Personally, I like it. And I like the end result. It’s very unique, and to me, cute AF.
