It’s clearly Roseluck because she’s sitting next to the detector, set it off, and is looking nervously at it. Clearly she’s afraid because her cover is being blown by it.
Or maybe… THEY’RE ALL CHANGELINGS - they just each individually think they’re the only one. They’ve historically launched genocides against eachother trying to prove that they’re not changelings, but they all are.

Well, there are two different machines that go ‘ding’ in Doctor Who.
There’s the original one from Blink, then there’s the Day of the Doctor one. Which one you pick is really a toss-up. Though for context’s sake, this comic probably uses the latter version.

Of course, it’s entirely possible that she’s desperate to keep her friends with her (out of loneliness or something) and that’s why she’s pushing this so hard.
Also, Twi’s proportions seem a bit wonky in that bottom left panel.
