Doesn’t want anyone to be better than her.
Deserves to have more power than anyone else.
Needs to be seen as powerful.

I don’t feel safe with this mixture of mindsets. Though this fusion also means she’d achieve her goals, so maybe she’d not be so bad after that? So long as no-one challenged her?
