Angel is just awesome! He really has a lot of character. It sucks though that a lot of people don’t like him. My best friend who isn’t a brony likes Angel the best because of his guiding hand to Fluttershy. Angel is the meaning of jerk with a heart of gold.

I think it was that “slap” I say “slap” because he’s a freaking rabbit getting slapped by a rabbit is less that getting slapped by a cat (I don’t mean scratched either) it’s literally a light tap and it’s likely he knows it (and hates it). XD
 
He’s there when she cries (which is always) he gaurds her when she wants to be alone and he helps remind her when she’s late for something which is more than what the other animals we have seen do.
 
I will always like Angel I also don’t mind him getting knocked into mud puddles and get tossed around by discord it just makes him more snide. :)

I think that people are too sensitive about what happens to Fluttershy. Angel Bunny can be really helpful when he needs to be.

I find his angry/snide disposition funny like how it was his ideas that were used to scare flutters friends in the corn maze he’s just so delightfully dickish it’s a nice change of pace and he cares about flutters even if people like to ignore it he’s perfectly in the middle between a caring companion and a rude bastard and I love him for it.

Exactly. I happen to think that Opalescence and Angel Bunny have interesting character traits.
