This image brings to mind the joke where somepony [Let’s say Pinkie] is trying to make him smile,and physically stretches his mouth into a smile. Then it flops back down into a frown.
 
I mentally have this stuck in a loop where Pinkie creates the smile. She stands there with a big grin as well. The smile drops. Pinkie makes a quick frown going “Hmm.” And then repeat.
 
I believe it would end with Pinkie using scotch tape to set the smile in place.  
Oh great. Now it’s turning into an endless sequence of Pinkie trying make and more exaggerated ways of trying to keep the smile in place, but it just keeps turning back into a frown~
