Going by the explanation in the source, it’s based on a scene in fic where Trixie just finished talking about her feelings towards Sunset, which makes Vinyl realize how important Octavia is too her without her knowing.
 
The fic itself is in Spanish and seems quite long, so can’t give you more context than that I’m afraid.
