The last we’ve seen of Nurse Redheart was Baby Cakes which was January 14, 2012.
I’m aware there are a LOT of minor characters who haven’t been seen in a while, but they were meant to be one-shots. I just think it’s weird that a relatively popular and well known pony still gets talked about despite not appearing for such a long time. (Cards and comics don’t count.)

It really is baffling that we haven’t seen her since Baby Cakes, given that she’s had two toys and a CCG card in the interim and we have seen Nurse Tenderheart in Season 4.
