I wonder whether they’d let me into the Gala Ball at GalaCon in a zoot suit.
I mean, I already almost looked like a 1920s gangster this year. Stetson hat, black trench coat (worn open due to the summer heat, still nuts enough to wear that thing in the first place), pin-striped suit with suspenders, actually the same suit I’ve worn to all Gala Balls.
This someone please make it a thing

Dammit, we need a zoot suit revival in this country.
Even then, what isn’t classy isn’t the hat by itself. It’s the hat worn a) by someone who doesn’t look good in a trilby (as compared to a homburg, a bowler or maybe an actual fedora, but they don’t sell any of these for €10) and b) with the wrong clothes, like a printed T-shirt (band shirt, geek shirt, brony shirt). Also, if you want to wear a fedora-style hat with shorts, get a panama.
Bowler hats suit my frame much better.

A fedora and a t-shirt doesn’t look good. A fedora and a three piece suit looks very good.

Considering the artist also uploaded this, i doubt that he is being serious.

Of course, substituting Indiana Jones for Frank Sinatra or Humphrey Bogart would have the same effect.
