You can assume that Rarity is by A.J’s side. I tried to draw her by Twilight’s side but doing so would need to redo the Canvas’ size, so with all sorrow in my soul (Rarity is my best Pony) I had to discard her along with the rest of Pinkie’s body.
 
We will admit Rarity switched with Human Twi to visit her human fashionista alter-ego in the huManeverse. ^^
