Let’s not make an issue of it, but it sure seems that way sometimes… Never see many Europeans who like visiting “‘murica” anymore, and such.
 
Still, the joke/stereotype is about as funny as the old “Brits have bad teeth” ones, and such to me…
 
One I do find amusing is people assuming I sound like Applejack, or Bunnie Rabbot, just ‘cause I live in Texas. (While I was born there, I mostly grew up in California, so I don’t have a cute southern accent. If I have any kinda “accent” I basically have a laid-back California accent like Nowacking’s DJ PON3 fan-voice.)

Am I the only person sick of that joke? (Plus it always feels a bit xenophobic/anti-america to me. I mean I can take a joke sometimes, and I’m not one of those overly patriotic types, but it gets old.) In fact, I hear England is getting a high obesity rate too.
