Turn it into something. It’s not you. Your anxiety (well, your /anything/) does not define who you are - this is proven by the fact that when you take pills, you feel what people generally think is “normal”. Your brain is literally altered, plagued by your anxiety, or whatever else you have/might have.
Your anxiety - your disorder, or disorders even - is effectively an incredibly negative, incredibly annoying demon. Don’t let that asshole win.
