Emerald says it was a very powerful ally and their friends, who will be here soon to rescue them. Emerald quickly adds that it’s a terrifyingly strong Gryphon as well as the dragon who gave him this fire.
 
“Hmph, we can handle it.” The soldier says. He probably doesn’t believe Emerald, but the colt thinks that he isn’t willing to completely disregard what he said just in case.
 
At this second another soldier bursts through the door, panting.
 
“Sir! We have won the battle.”
 
“Any casualties?”
 
“That creature was truly a beast sir, a majority of us are injured and a few killed. We are sorting it out now. We aren’t completely sure because in the end we had to push the monster into the barn and torch it.”
 
“What?!” Sweet Tea says springing up and looking at a window. Emerald can’t see the window from where he is standing, but the look on the mare’s face plus the light illuminating it tells him that it’s true.
 
“No matter, with the money we get from the reward we could buy several barns!” The Grandma says,not even looking.
 
“Alright.” The leader says, “We might have more company, get the injured teleported away and gather everyone who is still able to fight and tell them to get ready. We need to move.”
 
Uh oh, they might get you away before Joyride can come.
