Celestia and Luna were on a bondingvroad trip when their vehicle broke down. Luckily Luna recognizes where they are. She and Celestia push it to the border of SAA where a good friend slash lover just happens to be inspecting.  
Luna runs over, gives him a warm hug(and wet kiss) and tells him what’s wrong.  
Before Celestia can fully compute that her sister just kissed the stallion who almost broke her hoof off in a test of strength, the car’s tilting over and she sees her sister having what seems to be a one sided conversation with a stallion who doesn’t even say his usual one word responses as they examine the underside of the car.

I thought there would be a complex and logical story behind this, but then I checked the artist’s gallery.  
No, there is not.
