Diaper fetishism/ABDL doesn’t necessarily equate to “I like soiling my britches.” It’s a broad spectrum that quantifies a wide range of people with varying interests in the subject. Not all diaper fetishists are necessarily into scat/watersports, just like how not everyone into scat/watersports likes diapers (I have a friend in the latter category.)
 
I wasn’t a big fan of the original image either, but meh. In-your-face porn isn’t exactly what I enjoy is all.

It’s a somewhat hilarious irony that some people are into diapers because they like scat and watersports and stuff - meanwhile I, and others, are into them because they’re secure and comfy and make you have to deal with that nasty stuff less because you’re protected against accidents and don’t need to use bathrooms which can be really nasty sometimes Xp
