Aww, damn.
 
I thought it was something like “She just tried on a new underwear, and thinks it’s too small or too revealing”, or “She’s waiting for her significant other to walk through the door, and as she waits, she becomes less and less confident in her body”.
 
… Or heck, even some sort of PERSPECTIVE-based imagery, where her body’s inflating, but solely because THAT’S what she’s SEEING on HERSELF, rather than it actually being the case. Attractive at first glance, but deep in its meaning…
