First upload, show me some love, Derpibooru! Just my OC, Cobalt Blaze, being a cutie in his collar and rainbow socks. Wanted to do something with color pencil for once, since I mostly just do simple doodles and pencil sketches.

Only thing I can think of would be the collar, honestly. I didn’t think it was enough to warrant a suggestive filter by itself, but some on the site may see that differently.
I honestly can’t tell why there are so many downvotes, this is pretty cute and well drawn. Since anyone can update and change tags a poorly tagged image generally won’t effect the long-term rating of an image unless someone keeps changing them back to something wrong on purpose.
