Out of context that might seem good for Rarity but if one has seen those episodes then it’s another story.  
In that first picture, all that Rarity did was make the manticore more angry and the next scene shows Rarity running away crying.
 
In that second pic Rarity just knocks unsuspecting Applejack over, with a running kick no less, and we can see moments later that AJ is just fine and doesn’t even give any fucks of that kick.
 
And last one…. wow, kicking open a door. What a dispaly of strenght…

True dat. Although it’s nothing to brag about since pretty much anyone could beat Rarity. Just throw some dirt on her and she runs away crying and screaming like she has always done.

Seriously, who in there right mind would think Rarity of all people could kick your ass when your clearly the fastest, second strongest, most durable, the best athlete and the only member of the main cast who is canonically shown to have had professional martial arts training of some kind.

We’ve long known that she’s the most skilled fighter. (On account of her being the one who uses actual skill while fighting stuff.) She uses an actual fighting stance and moves as if she knows some kind of martial art, and when they all got discorded, she freaking Rider Kicked AJ. She knows she’s not the strongest pony around and has clearly put in the time and work to be capable of evening the playing field. On top of that, Rainbow Dash is so cocky she’d underestimate Rarity’s skill.
 
“What, frou-frou Rarity is going to try to fight me? Don’t make me laugh. You’ll take two steps and then panic about the dirt that got on your hooves. Don’t worry, I’ll go easy on ya-[KAPOW!] Oooh, pretty birdies. [thud]”

Considering Dash is basically a living nuclear weapon, yeah she very well could. It wouldn’t even be a fight.

To be fair, Rarity has made a LOT better showing in combat than Rainbow Dash. Only person she wasn’t Worfed against was fucking STARSCREAM. XD

On top of which, she has above average MAGIC skills as well, especially related to small objects. Ever see a bird try to fly without feathers? ;)

RD’s the obvious winner. Rarity’s a good fighter, but Dash has too many other skills, her speed and strength far exceed Rarity’s. Frankly, Dash could beat every mane 6 pony except Twilight.
