During the period in which she was equalized. Not literally forever afterwards. :V
The most she can manage is doing a mid-air pause jump before the equalization effect kicks back in and she comes back down to earth.
Didn’t she break the fourth wall a few times since then?
She wasn’t equalized long enough to tell either way, and even then she kept having bursts of exuberance–almost like her fourth wall powers were still intact and she kept forgetting that she had to be “in character” for the sake of the story.

She stopped being able to do 4th wall/reality warping stuff when she was Equalized. Tirek takes the cutie mark along with the rest of the pony’s magic. Yes it is, so yes he did.
Pinkie’s power isn’t a form of magic so that’s doubtful.
