I don’t know about delay info, but I sure set what I wanted in my program and the animated png looks good too in Firefox, too bad it’s a dead format for some unexplainable reason. I’ll look into your suggestions, thank you.

Huh, it looks like all the delay information was stripped from the gif? Or at least Gifsicle doesn’t mention any delay when I do a gifisicle -I 1026072.gif. I cut the delay down to 0.04s per frame (via: “gifsicle -d 4 input.gif > output.gif”), and it looks like:  
 
Not sure if this is the speed you were aiming for, but, according to this post, it looks like you can’t really expect browsers to render gifs at any faster of a frame rate. If you want it faster, might try asking whatever program you are using to export these frames to export fewer of them?

You know what? The mane style is so similar. It’s likely someone could easily recolor the pink one to be Tracy.
