That might’ve been Cloudy Kicks. They look very similar.
I think Lavender Lace did appear in one scene, although it’s kinda hard to see her there (it’s a few seconds after Principal Cinch declared Sunset Shimmer “incorrect!”).
Hopefully they were just even less enthused about CHS losing the Friendship Games all the time than everyone else.
