Well, even if it’s not a painting, but tattoo, a laser tattoo removal method exists. Fortunately.

Calm down, everypony. Take a good look. His skin is textured, but the image is not. Look at the edges, particularly where one dark portion meets another. They’re slightly freyed and faded.
 
It’s a painting, probably an hour or two old, and not a tattoo.

Nice art and style, but a suggestive cartoon character on your arm… If it was on his/her back, it would be more ok, because he/she could hide it. It’s just the dirty look it has I really dislike. Poor guy is gonna have some seducing creature on his arm when he’s in his 50s.

Like others have said the art is fine. I’m just confused about how one goes about deciding to do this. It’s not something most people would say, “Yep, gonna get a Rule 34 pony on my arm for the rest of my life”…just odd.

Gee, that’s a lot psychoanalysis in the comments from just looking at one’s arm.  
There is a lot of reasons why having such a tattoo won’t be a great idea. But that doesn’t give one the licence to be a judgmental cunt in the comments.
 
Art on the tattoo is great, keep the rest to yourselves.

I mean, it’s Chyrsalis laying on her back. all submissive. I just don’t understand why you’d want that on your arm. On your computer screen, perhaps, but not your arm.
