Looking at the picture makes me think undead dragon / Dragon Lich / Zombie Dragon based on how the head of the dragon looks - Empty eye sockets, Leaking fluids - blood maybe - from mouth and nose…

I do agree with the Dead & Dragon tags.

I didn’t add those tages Because I want a few other users to have a closser look at the dragon and add the tags if they are correct in this case
