Earth ponies and most unicorns don’t do well when their hooves leave the ground for over 3 seconds.
Or maybe it’s a pony equivalent of saying “your butt looks really nice”, guessing from how Dash is ogling Twi suggestively, and the latter is caught between a shocked look and… aroused… wings.
My mind went in a completely different direction; specifically, ask fapplebloom.
