Whenever I think of “Characters I hold in high regard” my mind immediatly jumps to Batman, Spiderman, Superman, etc. It wasn’t until I was in like High School I wondered. “Why didn’t child me ever look up to all those video game characters?” Mario and Link have done so much stuff, one of them’s a midget plumber and the other is a kid/teen but they save the world on a regular basis.
