Why are we talking about this?
 
We had a vote, most didn’t even CARE, we get a filter so YOU don’t have to look. Hell, all the terrible art has LEFT because of that episode (A very good thing indeed), leaving the more higher quality art.
 
You know why I don’t use Fluffybooru? Because the art and community at large is shit. Because the HIGHER QUALITY SHIT ends up HERE!
 
So, we’re filtered, don’t turn it off it annoys you, and we sacrifice a billion fluffies a day to derpibooru for actually listening to people and voting on it. END OF STORY.

The strongest ‘reason’ as to why fluffy ponies are here is because it’s ‘fandom related’
 
Which is still as loose a reason as posting about dogs on a F1 racing website because hey, I bet one of those racers has a dog, even though we’re not talking about that particular dog.

Flufflepuff is a normal pony that happens to be very fluffy, but is not a “fluffy pony”. Images with fluffy-fied versions of actual characters are pony-related, but the large majority of the images are “OCs”, removing that link. It’s like justifying posting normal TF2 art on the basis of “there are lots of Pony-TF2 crossovers”.

The key word here is “objectionable”. Don’t like it? FILTER.

I don’t really find anything objectionable, I’m just pointing out that both sites have objectionable stuff.

@BPwithApplejack Flufflepuff is more or less related to fluffy ponies. There are fluffy versions of Fluttershy and Derpy. So it is more or less related to FiM.

@BP Since there are still some good fluffy pony images around, these images are posted here to grab the opinions of the Derpibooru community.

I know, like it or not, it belongs here because it is in fact pony/fandom related. Filter it out if you hate it, but if the barely pony related stuff like TV memes stay here, these should.

At the time when debate over whether it stays or goes on this site there was not true place for fluffy ponies.
 
Now there is, and it’s a busy place. So it make little sense to have fluffy ponies on both sites, especially since fluffy ponies have nothing to do with mlp.

@Itsthinking I agree. Hate fluffy pony abuse? Filter “fluffy pony grimdark”. Hate fluffy ponies as a whole? Filter “fluffy pony”. There, problem solved.

Friendly reminder to keep it classy, guys. Nobody’s done anything particularly objectionable yet but this is obviously a bit of a touchy subject for some and we don’t want to see tempers flaring.

We’re still fighting over this? After all this time? Just ignore it or filter it out if you hate it. What is it with this fandom and bringing up issues we’ve already solved?

RIG my argument is this website has messed up stuff and so does fluffybooru, that’s it. I’m not offended by anything I’m just saying neither website is innocent.

But all that takes place in the context of the story, there’s plenty of people of fluffybooru saying this is garbage over those zero effort stories. Stories that don’t give fluffy ponies any negative traits and make them the perfect angels are just as boring.

There’s a big difference between FiM Grimdark and Fluffy Pony Grimdark:
 
When it happens on FiM, it’s always terrible or disturbing. You will always know that Pinkie killing other ponies to making them into cupcakes is sick and bizarre. The people who likes it is not because they want RD to suffer, but because they like the idea of a darker and more disturbing Pinkie Pie.
 
Fluffy Pony Grimdark shows the torture, amputations, rape and murdering of the little animals like the most normal thing in the world. These things happens in the real world but still they’re considered evil. In fluffyverse that does not happen.  
If a fluffy pony gets killed it’s all his fault for making “bad poopies”, for begging for their foals safety, for stepping in someone’s yard, for asking for a home, for trying to eat the food humans don’t want, and the list goes on…  
And still, if you do that, no one gives a fuck, even if you do it in front of his family. In fact, there are some stories where the abuser becomes famous and rich because he likes to film his fluffy abuse.
 
The funniest thing about abusers is they think fluffy ponies are only biotoys without feelings that nobody should care about their happiness and they think too that fluffy ponies are evil creatures that would kill your family for a plate of spaghetti.
