j3356 is fully welcome to go to /mlp/ cyoa thread and ask about me if he wants, just as he is welcome to pm me about it. I encourage it so he may be able to draw his own opinion on the matter.
 
Now back on the topic of this thread. Is there a cyoa you wish to share or discuss? What cyoa’s do you play?

Thats because the authors and players are all there to actively talk about more than just colt quest or lewdquests in general
 
This thread really should be titled as a ficfic want thread more than anything else, simply because of the parties present.

I frankly have seen CQ rarely if at all mentioned on this thread nor has ficfic. Actually if you want to title it anything else it would probably have to be called the “Psker discussion thread: Where Psker is discussed all day all the time.”
 
But seriously though. Please stay on topic. Is there something cyoa related you wish to discuss?

Due to current circumstances I have yet to. Mainly due to being too busy with other projects. However I was considering to force myself to make the time to read it the next time the cyoa is running. The art for it is really great.

Why do you think the witches in hijack are so blood thirsty? It makes no sense why they would attack each other, even if they want to weed out weakness.

Oh I don’t play anything but hijack. I’ve been too busy with other projects and collage to pay attention to the other quests.

Well that’s a shame. Bathwater’s Semantic Error has been having some good character moments after nearly passing out from a drug withdrawal. Dita was getting into some interesting things with various relationships the last time it was running. Even Curse Quest has been doing some unique things with Basil and her hybrid status. I wonder if her cutie mark will stay different.
 
Maybe when you have more time you can check those out.

Why not though? Clearly you aren’t so busy that you’re actively following and participating in several quests. Reading Hijack on the side while waiting for new threads or updates while playing quests is an easy way to catch up on it. You have no excuse to NOT read it. Saying “Ohhhh I’m just sooo awfully busy and doing other things” and then making a post of three active quests that you have been recently following, excluding Curse, is just absolute bullshit man.

And another thing, you practically religiously upload Colt Quest fanart, coloring’s, edits, and updates. You definitely have time to read Hijack.@Psker

It’s a combination of issues. 4chan is a pseudo-insular community full of people that like the environment created there. While people will always come and go on the website, they don’t like a shining constant spotlight on a particular thread that they enjoy because it brings people in enough of a mass that it changes the environment and causes stupid fighting. So from the get go the people that originally played Colt Quest didn’t like what Psker was doing.
 
In addition to disagreeing with the core premise of what Psker does, he’s also socially inept. Even if it’s not intentional his phrasing often comes across as self-important and attention seeking. He perpetuates drama in the threads themselves by putting his name on and the like when it’s completely unneeded. It’s actually pretty annoying that he perpetuates thread destroying drama and then tells people to not start thread destroying drama.
 
In other news, this thread won’t ever escape this cycle even if bans are handed down. People will always read the first few posts, they’ll want to insert their opinion, and the conversation will be broached again. Deleting posts wouldn’t work either, it’s just a flag that says ‘drama happened here’ and will prompt people to ask what it was. This thread is doomed to be a Psker thread.

I still see nothing wrong with Psker bringing CQ to Derpibooru and I hope no one raises a stink over j3356 uploading it to the other site. To me, this is just a case of 4channers being butthurt over sharing CQ to other sites for stupid “culture” reasons. You’re not fooling me.

He listed multiple reasons as to why people “disagree” with Psker and yet you accuse him of being butthurt and trying to “fool you.” While this may seem like a valuable and worthwhile response to someone as awful as a defender of users of 4chan, please realize that it does nothing to specify that you disagree, and seems more like disregarding every single point he made just for being a “4channer.”

I’m not “fooling” you but you repeated part of what I said, just in a more derogatory way as if that refutes it. It’s fine that people disagree with me, but you can be a little less dumb about it.

I edited that out because I realized it sounded off, but my edit got ninja’d. I did however edit back the “you’re not fooling me” remark to Amm because it had already been pointed out and I had no choice but to edit it back in.

Hmm. Curse seems interesting. Although it starts out draw entirely different. What happened there? Did the author take a break until he improved drawing or something?
 
Just getting to meet Laccolith. Seems pretty fun so far. How does this quest turn out? I’d like to know more about what people think of it, this is the first I’m hearing of it.

“I have no time to read Hijack” I call absolute bullshit on that. And do you know why? Because I read Hijack in a single day. Yes, it’s that quick if you just start reading it. Especially if you use THE ARCHIVE that has clearly been made for people who aren’t able to concentrate and look for single threads and filter out responses. But who am I to tell, I am just a 4chan lowlife, aren’t I?

You disagree. Good, that is your right. But have you ever thought of actually trying to bring some counter arguments to the table? You are simply dismissing everyone’s opinion if it doesn’t cater to yours as bullshit without actually explaining to us why we are supposedly in the wrong here.
 
Here, let me make an example for you so that you hopefully might understand what /mlp/ goes through:  
Let’s you are a fan of ice cream, alright? Every child likes ice cream and you have a parlor right next to your door. Everyday, you go there, and order the same ice: A big ball of vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce.  
Now, some day, a person comes by, eats the vanilla and chocolate ice cream too, and says: “Hmm, not bad, I like this and I should share it with others.” So that’s what he does. He goes out to a super market. Stands in front of it and tells everyone passing “Hey, look at this super ice cream you should totally eat from it!” People get interested, and come up to the ice cream parlor. But instead of asking for the vanilla and chocolate ice cream, they start demanding orange ice cream with sprinkles on top. At first just a few, but more and more people keep flooding in, demanding it. Soon, the orange ice cream with sprinkles is the only thing left you can buy there because the vanilla and chocolate ice cream just gets shouted away by those people. You are sad about that, aren’t you?  
And then, the guy that promoted the ice cream and got you into this problem in the first place comes up to you and says right into your face: “Look how awesome I am, I brought all these customers and they made the place even better! Aren’t I the best? I totally do god’s work.” In the end, you drop the ice cream place, because others took away what you liked most about it.
 
Wouldn’t that piss you off too?

It’s moderately common on /mlp/ for quests to get hijacked for one reason or another. Curse is one of those that got hijacked really early on.
