Weight loss.

So, after this conversation became clearly too long for any comments section, we were advised to make a forum thread for it instead.
 
So, anyways, as I was saying, I have starved myself for days. It made me lose weight. It felt nice.

Starving yourself for a few days will result on a reduced metabolism that will give you a massive weight rebound once you go back to your normal food portions.

instead..you can choose to eat at least 5 times a day…but in little portions…  
and have lots of physical training…
 
i lost 40kg with that..so, it must work

Starving myself felt nice until my heart hurt whenever I worked. Which was all of the time.

When i did that fast change in eating…i wasn’t even capable of lifting fridges…on work…so i got weaker at first

I work in construction, so not being able to do physical work was a real pain.

i worked as a furniture delivery man, with my cousin..so heavy lifting was everyday stuff…and doing a diet on those times…was rather difficult for the weakened muscles…(diets made me a lot weaker)

Pretty much that is what happened to me.

Despite the weight and strength loss..i was still strong enough to lift those stuff XD

Did it hurt?

Not really hurt…but eating a lot less…made me easily dizzy…and hunger was very painful

The hunger, I got over that quickly.

I dind’t…when i eated only salad..and occasionally few slim meat steaks…
 
my hunger made me dizzy and in pain…
 
but lot time later i overcomed the thing…  
bad thing i did take half of the weight i lost, again…
