On Fluffybooru, the human is known as Wierd Wylie. She is known for keeping mutant and injured fluffies, because she happens to be a doctor, and she can take care of them like no other. In this case, she had a brutally beaten fluffy that she had restored and turned it into a Fluttershy (her favorite pony.) There were also stories where she had restored several other flufies into a fluffy Mane Six, including a brainy Twilight, a fully flight powered Rainbow Dash, and a powerfull bucking Applejack.
