Thank you for putting in the effort. I really like the hot fudge blog, and it’s good to see that it’s going to get the upload quality it deserves.
Alright well, I’ll take some time out of my day and reupload some of the older pictures.
If the new version is of superior quality (for example: it’s a larger version), then it should be merged forward. The upvotes and faves and everything should just be migrated over to the new image.
I want to do that. Not sure what will happen to the original pictures though. Will they be deleted or will they stay up?
Oh, by the way, are you planning to go back and reupload older images of yours?
Hey, no hard feelings man. I understand the frustration.
Good to know. Sorry about that last line, by the way. I’m just a little easily aggravated by this sort of thing.
Oh, also, I think the problem is that I save them to my computer since I want to have just about every Hot Fudge update in order so I can upload to other sites such as DA and FA. However, I don’t save them in the 1280 format, I save them in the 500 format. I apologize for uploading the smaller versions of these pictures. I’ll make sure to use the link to Tumblr next time and change the 500 to 1280.
Once again, my bad. I do care about being a decent uploader.
Hey hey, thanks for the advice man! I’ll make sure to note this the next time I upload a photo.
Also, cactus’s are painful. :c
If you want to know how to get that image instead of this tiny one, here’s how you can do it. First, click on the image. It will either bring you to this screen, or it will bring up a gallery such as in this post. For the first one, you need only right click then select view image, and it should bring you to the full view. In the case of the second one, you need to wait for the image to load before trying to view it, otherwise it will bring up the small version.
In case neither of these options ends up netting you the largest image, do it like this: Replace the number just before the image type at the end with the number 1280. If it displays something like
Then you need to replace the 500 with a 1280, like so
Sometimes this won’t give you a bigger version. That’s okay. That just means there is no bigger version. It happens, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t worth it to check.
Now, in the case that you simply don’t give a fuck about any of this, and you aren’t willing to fix your mistakes or to be a better uploader, then you can just go fuck yourself with a cactus. Good day.
