There’s a ‘Mahou Shoujo’ vibe about this pic; perhaps the clothes. But then, who would be, as TV Tropes refers to such, the ‘Dark Magical Girl’…?
 
Nightmare Moon as Fate T. Harlaown (in her Barrier Jacket) in “Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha”, and Chrysalis as Anko Isuna, a.k.a. Dark Grasper (in her Glass Gear) in “Ore Twitails ni Arimasu”.
 
Both would be Love, but Chrysalis in glasses would have the slight edge in ‘Attributes’, I’m sure you’d agree.
