Considering that both are being abused by most of the mane six on the show, there NEEDS to be a Spike and Discord episode where they realize they being treated in a similar fashion and make a geniure attempt to be friends with each other.

Discord would know how Spike feels, what with being out of place everywhere he goes. Spike is the only dragon among ponies, so he might be rejected at times, and being a freak of nature, Discord’s been rejected before, so he understands.

I think their episode would be possible. Spike way just way too mistrusting toward him this entire time. Now they can do all kinds of Discord episode with every mane6 and Spike. Especially if they ever going to make “only guys” episode.

I’m not sure Spike could ever get along with Discord. Twilight’s OCD has kind of rubbed off on the little dragon. He’s way too orderly a creature to put up with Discord’s chaos for any length of time.
